X-Deep/32
license is available either as a Time
Bound license for 6 months, 1 year and 2 years or a Non Expiring license. Time
bound license can be extended easily by purchasing a new
license at any time. Time bound license also allows an on
demand pay for need pricing and enables us to provide a low
price point for the product. Commercial site licenses and
Education site licenses are also available. Quantity discounts
are available for non-expiring licenses only.
Support is available via e-mail using the submit
problem portal. All time bound licensee will get a support
response within 10 business days. For non expiring licenses
support response within 10 business day is included for first
year. Additional support can be purchased separately. Minor
upgrades are free during the lifetime of the license. Major
upgrades will be available for special upgrade prices when
available.
